INGREDIENTS:

Sweet Bread:

  • 200 grams white flour
  • 150 grams wholemeal flour
  • 40 grams yeast
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 10 grams vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml vegetable milk
  • ½ coffeespoon salt
  • 150 grams vegetable margarine
  • 200 grams raisins
  • 2 lemons grated rind
  • 50 grams sugared orange rind
  • 50 grams dried figs
  • 50 grams hazelnuts
  • 50 grams almonds

Top of the sweet bread:

  • 50 grams vegetable margarine
  • 50 grams caster sugar
  • 10 grams vanilla sugar

For buttering the tin:

  • 20 grams vegetable margarine
  • 20 grams flour

ot Chocolate:

  • 300 ml soya cream
  • 700 ml water
  • 50 grams vanilla sugar
  • 40 grams brown sugar
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • grated rind of ½ orange
  • 5 drops vanilla extract
  • a large pinch of salt
