- ¼ roll of vegetarian ham
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ lb lotus root
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup finely chopped Aulacese coriander (Also known as Thai Puk Peaw, Latin’s name: Polygonum odoratum Lour)
- ½ cup ground roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp vegetarian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- and some Aulacese grilled rice-paper
