INGREDIENTS:
For dumpling wrappers:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 ¼ cups of water
For the filling:
- 1 ½ cups of vegetarian ham paste
- 3 cups of Chinese cabbage
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp Chinese pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
For the dipping sauce:
- ¼ cup of soya sauce
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- ½ tsp of spicy paste
