9 mini Viennese sausages (about 160 grams)
200 grams all purpose flour
Pinch of Salt
¼ cup water
Olive oil
1 tablespoon of vegan butter (optional)


VEGAN OMELETTE
200-250 grams soft tofu, (optional: medium-soft tofu)
100 grams flour
Water
Dash of coriander powder
Dash of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon mushroom seasoning
Pinch of salt
Curcuma powder (optional: curry powder)
Cooking oil


HOMEMADE CITRUS & PEAR MARMALADE
½ big pear
1 lemon
1-2 oranges
2 tablespoons orange & lemon zest
3 tablespoons fruit syrup
Pinch of salt
Water
Flour (optional)


SIDE DISHES
Marinated apricot
Fried tomatoes
Fried button mushrooms
