FRIED VEGGIE FISH & SOUR SOUP

Fried Veggie Fish
1 package Veg Fish Ham
½ - ¾ cup oil

SAUCE:
1 big thumb-size pieces of fresh ginger
½ bowl soy sauce or Maggi
¾ bowl water
2 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar
½ teaspoon Sugar

Sour Soup:
½ Chinese Cabbage (Bok Choy)
3 Medium size Tomatoes
Vegan Ham
¾ pot of Water
¼ teaspoon Salt
2-3 Cooking spoons Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
Soy Sauce or Maggi ( Optional )
Seasoning
Black pepper ( Optional )
Generous amount of Herbs: Coriander, Spring Onion, Saururaceae [Aulacese fish herb]

Fried Veggie Fish
  1. Cut the veggie fish into small pieces.
  2. Put about ½ - ¾ cup of oil into a pan and let it heat.
  3. Let the oil to heat up and then fry the veggie fish until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Chop about one thumb size of ginger finely.
  5. Put some soya sauce into the ginger. And then add about ¾ bowl of water, ¼ of vinegar of lemon and ½ of teaspoon of sugar and let it sit there.
  6. Pour the soya sauce mixture onto the fried veggie fish and let it soak in a while.
  7. Put a little bit of coriander to garnish.
  8. Ready to be served.
Sour Soup
  1. Boil ¾ pot of water.
  2. Add in about ¼ teaspoon of salt into the water.
  3. When the water boils, put in the vegetables and the tomatoes.
  4. Stir it up and let it boil again.
  5. Meanwhile, squeeze the lemon and keep the juice for later use.
  6. When the water boils, add in the ham. And then add in the lemon juice.
  7. Cover the pot and let it boil again.
  8. Add in a little black pepper, optional.
  9. Add in the herbs and let it cook for a while.
  10. The soup is ready.
