INGREDIENTS:
Pie Crust:
- 2 cups multipurpose flour
- 2/3 cup vegetable fat
- Small amount of salt to enhance the flavour
- 6 tbsp very cold water
Filling:
- 3 cups cooked and mashed pumpkin.
- 1 cup Maple syrup
- ½ cup Soya milk
Small amount of salt to increase the flavour and some other ground spices such as:
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Clove
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 4 tbsp corn starch
- Maple sugar
Decoration:
- 1 cup non-dairy soft cream
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
