The capital city Bogotá celebrated the fifth annual International Meeting for Peace and Universal Love Rasa Yatra Colombia 2009, a procession promoting love for all beings including our animal friends.
It was led by Master Srila Bhakti Aloka Paramadvaiti Swami Gurumaharaj, the founder of the Vrindavan Institute for Vaisnava Culture and Studies, which has centers around the world. He also established the Revolution of the Spoon, a movement campaigning for vegetarianism.
