In world news, China supports Guyana with a US$7.5 million donation. The contribution is part of an economic and technical cooperation agreement signed by the Minister of Finance of Guyana His Excellency Dr. Ashni Singh and Chinese Ambassador to Guyana His Excellency Yu Wenzhe. The funds will be used for social sector projects. His Excellency Dr. Singh and His Excellency Yu highlighted the good relations between the countries.
