INGREDIENTS:
- 6 medium ripe Tomatoes
- 2 Sticks of Celery
- 1 Medium sweet Red Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon of coriander
- 2 to 3 leaves of Basil, or ½ a teaspoon of dried Basil
- ¼ Cup of Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbsp of Tomato Sauce
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Spices:
- a few sprinkles of black pepper, or 1/2 a tea spoon of cayenne pepper (for those who prefer it hot), (optional) You may add your own spices to taste.
- 1 Cup of Veggie Meat
- 2 table spoons of soup base, or vegetarian seasoned salt
