- Sushi rolls (roasted seaweed sheets)
- Rice paper sheets (Vietnamese spring roll skin)

For Indonesian Dipping Sauce
- One half cup of coconut milk
- One quarter cup of sesame tahini (roasted sesame seeds – ground into a paste)
- Three teaspoons of unfermented liquid Soy Seasoning
- Four teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
