Âu Lạc (Vietnam) shares farming expertise with Sierra Leone. In 2006, Dr. Võ Tòng Xuân, head of the Southern Water Conservation Institute, initiated a pilot project in Mange Bureh, Sierra Leone to increase rice production.

The goal of the project is to apply farming techniques that have been successful in Âu Lạc to Sierra Leone. Our gratitude, Âu Lạc, and may Heaven reward you for your loving concern to farmers in Sierra Leone.

We send our warmest wishes for the well-being, happiness and abundant harvests of the Sierra Leone people.
