Minimize food waste to curb effects of climate change. At London’s City Food Lecture this past week, farmer and food industry veteran Lord Christopher Haskins said that in order to alleviate climate change and ensure future food supply, we must stop being wasteful with food.

He encouraged people to eat less meat for numerous reasons including: the impact of meat on health, inefficiency of energy derived from animal protein, and the significant contribution animal agriculture has on global warming. We are grateful and God bless you, Lord Haskins for your wise leadership, advice, and viable solutions for the future of our society.
