Greenland lose three largest glaciers - 13 Jun 2011

Scientists working in Greenland find that accelerated melt in the past decade due to global warming has caused one of the region's three largest glaciers to lose the equivalent of 11 years' normal snow accumulation, or approximately 300 billion tons of ice.
