In 1996, a group of educators and researchers in Stavanger, Norway removed dairy products from the diets of 23 children with ADHD for a year. The theory was that the children might have a metabolic disorder which prevented them from digesting casein, the protein in milk. Twenty-two out of 23 children improved on the dairy-free diet. Those who continued over the next 10 years have had remarkable results. Many thanks, and God bless, Norwegian researchers, for your informative findings. May all be graced with a compassionate diet for healthy and happy lives.
