Award-winning Italian chef and restaurateur Aldo Zilli has transformed both a restaurant and a concept with his introduction of Zilli Green in London’s Soho district in the United Kingdom. Head chef Enzo di Marino has formulated the dishes, many of which are meat-free and some entirely vegan.

All highlight local vegetables blended tastefully into internationally inspired fusions. Mr. Zilli said, “This year marks my 30th … as one of Soho’s original restaurateurs… I want to mark this anniversary with an … exciting new approach to a fresh and healthy way of life for everyone to enjoy.”
